History of Waterski
Water skiing originates from the USA. Fred Walker from the state of New York became the founder of it around 1925. He designed water skis and soon got his patent. The first major presentation of waterski took place in 1928 in Miami, Florida.
New Epoch of Waterski
In 1939 the first water skiing association was founded in America under the leadership of B. Hains, who later founded also a new federation of this kind of sport.
